The Obsidier Tower is a magnificent high-rise skyscraper that is presently under construction in the new capital of Egypt, also known as the Administrative Capital for Urban Development (ACUD). The construction project is part of the government's plan to develop a modern smart city that can cater to the needs of a growing population.

This 385-meter tall building will house various facilities like apartments, offices, retail stores, and lavish hotel suites. Once completed, it will become one of the tallest buildings in Africa and the Middle East.

The Obsidier Tower is named after the obsidian stone, which is a naturally occurring volcanic glass known for its durability and reflective properties. True to its name, the tower's sleek and sharp design is inspired by the translucent quality of the obsidian stone.

The tower's facade will be a combination of glass and aluminum, which will give it a futuristic look. The building is designed with eco-friendliness in mind and will feature sustainable elements such as solar panels and a rainwater harvesting system.

The Obsidier Tower will have a total of 115 floors, and the first 30 floors will consist of retail shops, office spaces, and apartments. The rest of the tower will house a luxury hotel with 200 rooms and suites that will offer a bird's eye view of the city.

The tower's penthouse will be the crown jewel of the building, featuring an infinity pool, a private gym, and a rooftop garden that will make it an exclusive space for entertainment and relaxation.

The construction of the Obsidier Tower began in 2018, and it is expected to be completed in 2022. It is a joint venture between China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) and the Administrative Capital for Urban Development (ACUD).

The Obsidier Tower is a symbol of the Egyptian government's commitment to building a modern and sustainable city that can meet the challenges of the future. With its cutting-edge design and state-of-the-art facilities, it is sure to become a landmark in the city's skyline and a prime destination for tourists and residents alike.
