Obsidier Tower is a new landmark in the New Administrative Capital of Egypt. It is a 385-meter-high skyscraper that will be the tallest tower in Africa upon completion. The tower is being developed by the Egyptian real estate company, Al Ahly Sabbour, and is expected to be completed by 2022.

The name "Obsidier" is derived from the word "obsidian," which is a naturally occurring volcanic glass that is known for its strength and durability. The tower's design is inspired by the shape of a crystal, with a triangular base that gradually tapers to a point at the top. The tower will have 100 floors, with a total area of 150,000 square meters.

The tower will be a mixed-use development, with office space, residential apartments, a luxury hotel, and retail space. The lower floors of the tower will be dedicated to office space, while the upper floors will be residential apartments. The tower will also have a sky lounge and observation deck on the top floor, offering panoramic views of the New Capital and the surrounding area.

The tower's design incorporates sustainable features, including a high-performance façade that will reduce energy consumption and a rainwater harvesting system that will reduce water usage.
