Nile Business City, located in the New Capital of Egypt, is a modern business district being developed by the General Authority for Urban Planning. The project was announced in October 2016 and is expected to be completed in mid-2022.

The city will cover an area of 1,250,000 square meters and will include commercial, residential, and recreational spaces. Nile Business City will feature a variety of tower and low-rise buildings; a business center; corporate and administrative offices; a convention center; shops and restaurants; a commercial and service center; a central park; and a five-star hotel.

In addition, there will be a research and development center, which will provide a platform for foreign and local investors to cooperate. In order to promote knowledge sharing, the city will also host international conferences and summits. Furthermore, educational institutes such as universities and technology clusters will also be included in the city’s plan.
