Marvel City New Cairo Egypt is a mixed-use development located in the city of 6th October, Giza Governorate, Egypt. It is the first “Smart City” project of its kind in the Middle East and North Africa region, developed by Al Ahly for Real Estate Investment.

The project is set to become a major hub for businesses, leisure activities and services, housing over 6,500 residential units, as well as retail spaces, offices, schools, and hospitals.

The project is strategically located at the intersection of 26 July Corridor and Badr Road and will benefit from its close proximity to Cairo International Airport, the 6th October City, and Sheikh Zayed City. It is also located in close proximity to major transportation nodes such as Cairo Metro Line 3, planned roads, and high-speed rail networks. The project’s overall area size is 10 million square meters, making it one of the largest projects of its kind in the region.

To achieve its "Smart City" status, Marvel City has partnered with German technology company SAP, to help create an advanced Digital District Management system, enabling the project to better manage its resources and provide a more efficient service to its customers. The
