Skyway New Capital Egypt has recently unveiled its latest project, the Bayadega Tower, which is set to be one of the most iconic structures in the new administrative capital of Egypt. The tower is a mixed-use development that will feature residential, commercial, and office spaces, as well as a hotel and a shopping mall.

The Bayadega Tower is designed by the renowned architectural firm, Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), and will stand at a height of 385 meters, making it one of the tallest buildings in Africa. The tower will have 100 floors and will offer stunning views of the surrounding area.

The tower's design is inspired by the shape of the lotus flower, which is a symbol of rebirth and regeneration in Egyptian culture. The building's facade will be made of glass and will feature a series of curves that mimic the petals of a lotus flower.
